Following on from 'Organ of Soft Tissue', I decided to create a solo show exploring themes of sex, agency, media and technology - and 'Coded' was born. An absurd and funny piece that follows a female-coded sex-bot as she struggles to understand human ideas of sexuality and her own purpose in society.
'Coded' performed at TAPAC as part of the 2021 Auckland Fringe Festival to a positive reception, and received the PANNZ Registration Award for career development.
